The range of projects have been carried out in the live environment of a highly secure Data centre. Logistically challenging but extremely rewarding when completed. Current projects include the construction of the new HV substation, switch room and backup Generator Farm, in readiness for future developments at Spring Park, namely P5 which has full planning and is due to commence construction in the second quarter of 2024. The Switch room and generator farm are on track for completion October 23.

  • Enhanced security, for entry into site for work and delivery

The solution:

  • Careful logistical planning, short term programming, sharing the challenge with a can-do attitude
  • Daily briefings with a flexible approach to overcome issues that arise
  • Appointed person to ensure all attending staff, trades and deliveries are booked in correctly for smooth operations
