Construction of 21 Data Halls of approximately 1250m2 each, to be deployed at approximately 3MW per hall.
Section 3 of this project included the construction of the energy centre, ancillary building, data centre and substation.
The 1.95 hectares site is located within the London Borough of Ealing. It comprised of car showrooms for Renault and Nissan, along with vehicle forecourts, vehicle maintenance, and internal waste oil storage areas.
This enabling phase of the works redevelops the existing site for future delivery of a new Data Centre and associated plant, landscaping, parking and circulation space.
A complex programme of lift upgrades, EV infrastructure, demolition works and enhanced security wrapping delivered within a highly secure live data centre, completed through careful planning, tight logistics and uninterrupted operations.
