Data Centre, Hayes (UP1)
Construction of 21 Data Halls of approximately 1250m2 each, to be deployed at approximately 3MW per hall.
Data Centre, Surrey
Section 3 of this project included the construction of the energy centre, ancillary building, data centre and substation.
MBDA: Laboratory Refurbishment, Bristol
These works consisted of the removal of existing internal walls and partitioning, reconfiguring existing electrical installation systems, and incorporating new ones where necessary.

The 1.95 hectares site is located within the London Borough of Ealing. It comprised of car showrooms for Renault and Nissan, along with vehicle forecourts, vehicle maintenance, and internal waste oil storage areas.
MBDA: First and Second Floor Office Refurbishment, Bristol
Design and construction for refurbishment of complete 2nd floor and zone D of 1st floor to create a dynamic office space. Works to 3rd floor plantroom M&E systems to compliment refurbishment.
Data Centre: Enabling works, Surrey
This enabling phase of the works redevelops the existing site for future delivery of a new Data Centre and associated plant, landscaping, parking and circulation space.
BAE Systems: Submarine Main Office, Bristol
Sweet Projects was commissioned to provide a full Category B design and refurbishment of BAE Systems Submarines’ main Bristol offices 2800m2 second floor.
Airbus: Refurbishment of Storage Warehouse, Bristol
Sweet Projects was commissioned to revisit and reprofile the existing concrete ramp into the warehouse, plus fully refurbish the existing offices, kitchen/toilet areas with associated mechanical & electric services.
BAE Systems: Office Refurbishment, London
The building consists of eight floors including a basement and lower ground floor. BAE Systems occupy three floors.
Airbus: Refurbishment of Existing Welfare Areas, Bristol
The work involved the refurbishment of Building 07Ns welfare facilities, which involves numerous toilet, kitchen, and shower areas on all levels of the building.
EON: Two Heating Energy Centres, Exeter
Construction of two new heat substations comprising of a single storey building, containing the mechanical and electrical equipment to feed the local district heating network, supplying residential dwellings and commercial buildings in the local area.
Data Centre, Corsham
A complex programme of lift upgrades, EV infrastructure, demolition works and enhanced security wrapping delivered within a highly secure live data centre, completed through careful planning, tight logistics and uninterrupted operations.
