Construction of 21 Data Halls of approximately 1250m2 each, to be deployed at approximately 3MW per hall.

Sweet Projects was commissioned to revisit and reprofile the existing concrete ramp into the warehouse, plus fully refurbish the existing offices, kitchen/toilet areas with associated mechanical & electric services.
The building consists of eight floors including a basement and lower ground floor. BAE Systems occupy three floors.
