Construction of 21 Data Halls of approximately 1250m2 each, to be deployed at approximately
3MW per hall.
Sweet Projects was commissioned to revisit and reprofile the existing concrete ramp into
the warehouse, plus fully refurbish the existing offices, kitchen/toilet areas with associated
mechanical & electric services.
These works consisted of the removal of existing internal walls & partitioning, reconfiguring
existing electrical installation systems and incorporating new where necessary.
The work involved the refurbishment of Building 07Ns welfare facilities, which involves numerous toilet, kitchen, and shower areas on all levels of the building.
The building consists of 8nr floors including a basement and lower ground. BAE Systems
occupy three floors.
Construction of two new heat substations comprising of a single storey building, containing
the mechanical and electrical equipment to feed the local district heating network, supplying
residential dwellings and commercial buildings in the local area.
Section 3 of this project includes the construction of the Energy Centre, Ancillary Building, Data
Centre, and Substation.
The 1.95 hectares site is located within the London Borough of Ealing. It comprised of car
showrooms for Renault and Nissan, along with vehicle forecourts, vehicle maintenance, and
internal waste oil storage areas.
The Sweet Projects Corsham team have assisted ARK Data centre construction team on over
50 projects, ranging from fitting replacement upgraded lifts into existing Data centre buildings,
Electric Vehicle charging points, asbestos removal and demolition, plus street lighting, and
enhanced CPNI secure room wrapping.
This enabling phase of the works redevelops the existing site for future delivery of a new Data
Centre and associated plant, landscaping, parking and circulation space.
Sweet Projects was commissioned to provide a full Category B design and refurbishment of
BAE Systems Submarines’ main Bristol offices 2800m2 second floor.
Design and construction for refurbishment of complete 2nd floor and zone D of 1st floor to
