Sarah Branton
Procurement Manager
Sarah joined Sweet Projects in February 2025, initially supporting the SHEQ and Technical teams, before stepping into the role of Procurement Manager in November 2025.
A Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) member, Sarah also holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Operations Management. With over 15 years of procurement experience in the defence and nuclear sectors, she brings extensive expertise across diverse roles, including training buyer, account manager for key suppliers, FM buyer and specialist M&E procurement. Her background also includes managing logistics on major projects, overseeing white-collar contractors and implementing IR35 compliance.
At Sweet Projects, Sarah leads all aspects of procurement – placing orders, refining processes – and driving efficiency and compliance across the supply chain.
