Rohit Gorasia

Rohit is our Project Director, currently leading delivery on the Union Park data centre campus, a flagship project that exemplifies technical complexity and scale. His leadership ensures integrated coordination across design, engineering and construction teams to meet client expectations and achieve programme certainty.

With an MEng (Hons) and PhD, Rohit is a Chartered Engineer and a member of both the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). His career spans major infrastructure and high-security projects, where he has developed expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement and embedding lean construction principles.

Rohit’s approach combines technical precision with strategic foresight. He champions modern methods of construction, including DFMA and off-site manufacturing, to drive efficiency and sustainability. His focus on early-stage planning and collaborative delivery models ensures projects are resilient, cost-effective and aligned with environmental legislation.
