Mike Ash

Mike is our Supply Chain Manager, joining Sweet Projects in December 2022, and has been instrumental in implementing our forward-thinking procurement and supply chain strategies and practices.

His current responsibilities include overseeing key material, select partner, subcontractor and specialist equipment procurement procedures, cross-project negotiations, driving the supply chain strategy as the business evolves, and ensuring the consistent optimisation of the procurement process across Sweet Projects.

Mike’s experience of achieving continuous high standards and ongoing improvement within all areas of professional procurement is unrivalled, previously spending 15 years with Midas Group and a decade with Morgan Sindall.

As well as leading on the day-to-day procurement process and contracts for all our data, defence, energy and advanced technology sites, Mike is also heavily involved at our tender stage negotiations, looking at various value engineering options, involvement from new and current supply chain partners and negotiating rates.
