Mark Watterson
Head of Design

Mark is our Head of Design, responsible for managing the Design Management Team ensuring the project design process from brief to use is a success. He uses his experience and attention to detail in the selection of consultants and specialist subcontractors in the management of project stakeholders.
Mark’s expertise in multi-million-pound projects is well-founded, with precision engineering, health care, science, and education experience, including the £125m Cancer and Haematology Building at the Churchill Hospital Oxford, an RIBA Award winning project for the Rotschchild’s National Trust family estate – The Archives at Waddesdon manor and the Flint House which won Grand Designs House of the Year – as well as many projects for the University of Oxford and Oxfordshire County.
His knowledge across a range of sectors is always welcomed in client conversations, while his qualifications speak for themselves – MCIOB Chartered Builder, BSc (Hons) Construction Management, NVQ’s in Manufacturing Engineering, National Certificate in Engineering and City & Guilds in Advanced CAD to name a few.
