Pre-Construction Director
Mark is our Pre-Construction Director, leading the pre-construction team for the past three years, from the strategic detailed scoping of briefs, engineering audits, and two-stage procurement of specialist skills and materials, to the design phase, securing permits or entitlements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant bodies.
Describing himself as an ‘old school construction estimator’, Mark has more than 30 years’ experience working for regional, national and specialist contractors, ultimately delivering first-class facilities, on time, safely and within budget.
As a key lead in our project acquisition process, Mark ensures that estimates are accurate, complete, and fully reflect the actual requirements of each project, assuring that any potential risk factors have been evaluated and reviewed with Senior Management.
Mark’s wide range of sector experience includes energy, nuclear, life sciences, clean and dry rooms, pharma, civils, and data centres, and he has held senior positions at ISG Construction, Midas Construction and M+W Group/Exyte UK.
