Mark Chriswick

Mark is our Head of Commercial, responsible for the commercial management of the company, from bidding and contracts, to agreement of final accounts, ensuring robust controls and processes are in place and being properly implemented.

A highly-experienced Chartered quantity surveyor with a career spanning more than 40 years, he has been lead commercial manager on projects across the retail, leisure, residential, commercial, education and defence sectors for Midas Construction and Lendlease Europe.

Mark’s standout projects include a £55m housing redevelopment in Wiltshire, the £42m St David’s Shopping Centre in Cardiff, a £24.5m leading Marks & Spencer store in Plymouth and a £14m harbourside science centre and educational charity in Bristol.

In recent years, Mark has been involved in the negotiation and settlement of difficult final accounts and disputes, experience in dispute avoidance and resolving challenging situations that have arisen on projects, including being primary liaison and support for in-house or external lawyers and consultants.
