Harry Sathanandan

Harry is our Governance & Compliance Director, joining us in 2021 as one of our first Sweet Projects team members, and has been instrumental in overseeing the development and implementation of critical ICT tools and digital programmes to enhance efficiency, transparency and accountability.

His responsibilities include all legal and regulatory requirements, and compliance with all ISO certification, as well as policies, processes and procedures set out in our proprietary Integrated Management System – a key tool in mitigating risk, ensuring high-quality work, and underpinning our ethical behaviour.

Harry has a strong background in change management and project controls through Mott MacDonald & Amec Foster Wheeler, ran motorway services with Moto Hospitality, and experience in construction with roles at Ferrovial Agroman, Berkeley Group, ISG and Galliford Try. He is a member of the IRCA and ICSA, holds an MSC in Psychology, a postgraduate diplomas in management studies & legal studies and accreditation in PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma project methodologies.
