Eleni Kalemi

Eleni heads up our People, Performance and HR functions, leading on recruitment, learning and development and ensuring all colleagues are supported, motivated and feeling part of the Sweet Projects family.

With experience across established companies and start-ups alike, Eleni has held various roles including at Jobandtalent, Amazon and Hellenica S.A., successfully developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, whilst ensuring full compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.

Her responsibilities at Sweet Projects include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development.

Eleni fosters trust and builds relationships with team members across the organisation, combining her knowledge of human resources with a background in public relations and communication – building strong relationships across the business, and working closely with our clients and partners.

In addition to implementing mentoring programmes in various roles, including at Sweet Projects, Eleni also offers support to graduates and school leavers who are unsure on what path they should follow, and runs to raise money for Cancer Research UK in her spare time.
