Darren Holmes
Logistics Director
Darren joined Sweet Projects with over twenty years of experience across the Logistics, Construction, and Aviation sectors. He is highly skilled in delivering complex logistics solutions within regulated, secure, and space-constrained environments, with a sharp focus on security requirements and logistics efficiency.
Darren’s recent work includes leading the inbound logistics response for the UKHSA during the COVID pandemic, managing crucial supply chain operations. He also brings extensive experience working on MOD sites, data centres, high-end residential projects, heritage sites, and civil service operations.
Currently, Darren leads the logistics programmes at our Data Centre’s in Hayes and Ealing. He leverages his expertise to develop logistics strategies and implement cost-saving measures across these projects.
A Chartered member of both the CIOB and CILT, as well as a qualified Construction Logistics Practitioner, Darren is passionate about mentoring and supporting junior staff and management, helping to foster the development of the next generation of logistics professionals at Sweet Projects.
