Colin Holmes

Colin is our Commercial Director, responsible for leading on all commercial operations, strategy, risk management, and ensuring high financial standards and controls.

With over 30 years of experience, mainly with Tier 1 Main Contractors, Colin describes himself as an ‘Old School Main Contracting QS’. He is passionate about supporting and developing teams through open communication and knowledge sharing, fostering an environment where people can excel.

Key to Colin’s success is building confident teams, staying focused on the mission, and delivering exceptional results. His experience spans education, leisure, commercial, industrial, life sciences, waste, civils, and data centres. He has held senior roles at Keir Group, Morgan Sindall, Galliford Try Construction, and Buckingham Group Contracting, where building strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients was central to his approach.
