Muftau Akintoye, our Senior Site Manager at Union Park, who has been awarded ‘Site Manager of the Year’ by QualifyMe Limited, after exceeding the Hayes & Harlington Council expectations and requirements for Phase One.
QualifyMe launched in 2009, and works closely with local authority partners to provide accurate reports, and liaise to ensure that local employment plans are deliverable and meet the needs of the local community.
In his role as Senior Site Manager, Muftau has delivered multiple placement opportunities for local workers through a consistent focus on the local employment plan and its needs.
“Muftau is willing to support residents where possible,” said Mikki McDermott from QualifyMe. “It’s been a pleasure working with him and I’m looking forward to progressing Phase Two to the completion of the project.”
