Sweet Projects is off to a green start!
In our drive to reduce our carbon emissions on our Alliance Park project, we are using a battery bank connected to our generator to feed our on-site temporary electrics. This solution reduces the running time on generation by 50%, saving fuel use, carbon emissions and reducing noise. We are committed to use battery storage to reduce our CO2 on all future projects.
Working with our partners, we are investigating the use of supporting the batteries with solar panels to reduce our energy usage even further.
We also have plug-in car chargers on site. We are committed to improving air quality in towns and cities. Cleaner cars mean cleaner air and better health.
