Full Category B design and build refurbishment of technical offices, to support the internal client migration of specialist technical staff;

The scope included but was not limited to the complete strip out of the existing fabric, mechanical and electrical back to the building core. Followed by the new installation of new mechanical and electrical services, walls, heightened security, ceilings, floor coverings and furniture.
